By booking an appointment with A&R Makeup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments are available by reservation only and are confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate so we can communicate any appointment updates if necessary.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may only be transferred to a new appointment if the rescheduling request is made with at least 48 hours' notice.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel your appointment, A&R Makeup requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur additional fees beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations may be required to prepay future appointments in full.
We understand that plans sometimes change.
All appointment changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a No-Show.
No-shows:
Will forfeit their deposit.
May be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
May be declined future services at the discretion of A&R Makeup.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may:
Have their appointment shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
Be required to reschedule if there is insufficient time to complete the service.
Be charged the full service price regardless of whether the appointment can be completed.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed appointments will be honored at the quoted rate.
To ensure the health and safety of all clients:
Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
Services may be refused if you have a contagious illness, cold sores, conjunctivitis, or any condition that could compromise sanitation or safety.
All brushes, tools, and products are thoroughly sanitized between each client.
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you have any concerns regarding your makeup application, please let us know before leaving your appointment so we can address them immediately whenever possible.
With your permission, photos or videos of your makeup may be taken before or after your appointment.
These images may be used by A&R Makeup for:
Social media
Website
Marketing materials
Portfolio purposes
If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please let us know before your service begins.
Due to the nature of professional makeup services, all services are final.
A&R Makeup does not offer refunds on completed services. However, reasonable adjustments will be made during your appointment if requested.
A&R Makeup reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to:
Inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.
Failure to comply with these policies.
Health or sanitation concerns.
Any situation that compromises the safety or comfort of our staff or clients.
